When using this version of the custom visual, you are using Microsoft AppSource Marketplace licensing model.

Keep in mind that each user that uses this version needs to have its own license. Example:
If a user with a license shares a filtered report with another user with a license, both will be able to interact with the report.
If a user with a license shares a filtered report with more than 20 items, with another user without a license, the latter will only be able to use the current saved filters or create new filters up to 20 values.

When purchasing the custom visual via Microsoft AppSource only the buyer (owner) can assign a license. The license will be automatically received within five minutes of purchasing the visual.
If you want to assign a license to other users or update your subscription, go to admin.microsoft.com and select the License link under the Billing node from the menu. A list of visuals appears.
Select the Visual you want to assign licenses to, in the next page, select the user(s) you want to assign the licenses to.
